Goal
The VIA wanted to update their website to match their fresh new branding, and to help entice a younger audience. Many of the older Village Improvement Association members were less than eager to change the look that had worked for their 125-year-old association for many years.
Challenge
Our challenge was to make something unique and engaging that would appeal to the next round of incoming members, while still maintaining enough feel of the original that the current and outgoing members would love it too. It needed to be easy to navigate and simple to understand, and also needed to showcase what the VIA does for Doylestown Hospital, as well as all of the events and fundraising they do within the community. The site had to provide a lot of information and be a data base for all of the members to access, with member and board of directors’ portals,
Result
A bright and colorful website that not only showcases and provides information on all that the VIA does for the community, but makes it easy for people to donate, provides a single point for the members and board member to access info, and also serves to catch the eye of new potential members and donors.

Strategy Development
Strategy Development
Your marketing strategy is the overall game plan for reaching prospective customers – and turning them into clients of your products or services. A marketing strategy contains your company’s value proposition (how you stand out in comparison to your competitors), your key brand messaging, and data on your target market.
What’s the difference between my marketing strategy and my marketing plan?
The marketing strategy helps to FORM the marketing plan, which is a document that outlines the specific marketing tactics you will take, with a timetable for rolling out each step.
Marketing strategies will have longer lifespans than individual marketing plans because they contain the overall WHY and other key elements of your business’ brand, and should cover long term goals. In other words, your marketing strategy will cover the big-picture message, and your marketing plan will break it down into concrete action steps.

So What’s Our Process?
- We sit down with you and your team, and we talk about your company
- We will probably drink a lot of coffee (or tea!)
- We find out your goals and compare them to where you are now
We ask lots of questions and take lots of notes, and then we help you develop an overall strategy as well as a specific marketing plan to reach your first goals… and then your second, third and fourth!

“The essence of strategy is choosing what not to do.”

Goal
Snap Divorce needed a new way to provide their clients with the abundance of information needed while preparing for a divorce, with a simply laid out message and creative design to provide options. They wanted a beautiful and informative marketing piece for each of their lawyers and mediators to be able to personalize and share with clients.
Challenge
We did not want to create an uninteresting law brochure full of legalese and dry content. Snap Divorce is an innovative way to approach divorce and their collateral needed to stand out and be professional while showcasing their unique viewpoint on how divorce can be resolved more quickly and easily. The challenge was presenting a large amount of information in one place, in an appealing and helpful manner, with the ability to add individual bios.
Result
The result is a beautiful folder, with two pockets of waterfalls for individual pieces of information that can be changed to meet the needs of each client, as well as a saddle stitched center brochure with an engaging and non-traditional representation of the path the client can expect to take.

Web Development
Our Web Development Strategy
We will create a site that you are proud of, one that showcases your business, clearly shows what you offer, is easy to navigate and makes potential clients want to call you for more information.
Your website is your storefront- it’s often the first way people will engage with your brand. And you have about 10 seconds to intrigue and engage them, with a clear call to action- which is to CALL YOU! …Or order, or whatever your actual goal is.
What is our Process to do this? Let me tell you!

TBP Converting
We built the brand new beautiful website for TBP Converting. Rich with video, imagery and a robust product catalog.

Step 1
Define
Each project should start with defining your goals and objectives. We’re going to ask a lot of questions! About you, your business, who you are and how you want your business to be presented to the world. We need to learn all we can about your company, and the purpose of your website.
- What do you DO?
- Who will the site be geared towards?
- What are they looking for when they go to your website?
- What are some major features needed in the site?
The purpose of this phase is to identify and document together the major goals, scope, features, and set clear expectations on our process and deliverables. This is where our motto of being upfront comes into play a lot! We don’t want you to ever leave you with questions or concerns about what’s being done, how much it costs, and when you will have it.

Step 2
Research
We incorporate our knowledge of best marketing practices and typical user needs with some market research. (Basically, we check out your competition) We ask you to do this too, as well as take note of other sites that you like- or don’t like. Checking out the trends and looking through competitive websites also helps narrow your design choices, taking advantage of the best and avoiding the worst.
This info will begin to form your site’s design: what pages, features, and over all architecture of the website you would like. If this is your first site and you don’t already have a domain and location, we can also walk through getting that set up with you, including domain name purchases as well as hosting. After this stage is complete, we will know:
- Functional requirements
- Site map
- Overall competitive assessment
Step 3
Design
This is the best part! Colors! Fun! SO many decisions to make. Using all the info we gathered in the last step, you can start making mockups of what we envision your site can be. The more input you give us at the beginning of this stage, the closer the results will be to your dream.
- Mood boards- love them!
- Graphics you love / hate – we need to know
- Menus, buttons, templates – things you most likely decided on in the previous step
- Content – photos, copy, data bases – all the things your site will contain. We can also write the copy for you, or take photos (we have an amazing photographer) just let us know.

Step 4
Develop
Once you have decided on a design you love, and all the content is gathered and given to us, web development can begin. Woohoo! This is when the more technical questions may arise from our ever-patient engineers. Sometimes our visions won’t directly translate into the online realm, and tweaks may need to happen. This phase is usually the longest (unless content gathering took a very long time) and depending on the size & functions of the site can be about 4-7 weeks. We can include you in the behind the scenes progress with updates as much as we you’d like- or we can just present you with the:
Step 5
Test Site
Testing is technically begun during development, but once the test site is ready and we’ve poked at it a bunch ourselves, we will share it with you to admire and walk through as if you were your own client:
- verify that the goals of the site are met
- check that it looks right on a variety of browsers and devices
- ascertain that it will be easy for your audience to walk through
- point out any inconsistencies, spelling, or other errors.

Step 6
Deliver
It’s time to go live! Or as Cheryl likes to yell – Push the big red button! (there is no actual button, btw) Our team will be responsible for migrating your site to a live server, and we will have gathered all of the access and log in information we need from you to do this. Once completed, voila- your site is LIVE for all the world to see!
Step 7
Maintain
Once your very own awesome site is Up and live, you want to make sure it stays that way! With our monthly maintenance plan, we can update your word press site and plug ins, keep your site constantly secure, and send you monthly monitoring reports so you are always aware of your site’s health. We will give you all the options during the initial planning stages.

Why

Technically, our FULL mission statement can be summed up best by Ralph Waldo Emerson:
“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of the intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the beauty in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life has breathed easier because you lived here. This is to have succeeded.”
Emerson
Our Goal
The goal above is shared by everyone on the Up team. It is WHY we created the Up Agency. It is a very broad mission though . .
So, we have narrowed it down to helping make the world better by bringing Up all the businesses we can, especially ones who share this goal.
We know marketing. It’s what we’ve always done. We have a successful track record creating campaigns for businesses in all public and private sectors. Now we want to start focusing on doing work that really aligns with our personal philosophy. We decided it IS possible to have your work life to line up with the concept of living healthier, sustainably, and with a desire to help better the lives of those around us. To work with and for businesses that in their own way are trying to make the world a better place.

Why We Do It
You probably didn’t start your business planning to spend a majority of your time learning marketing tactics. We want to get you back to focusing on your original goals, on the things you are great at, while we take care of the rest for you.
When we get to provide you with the targeted marketing expertise, knowledge, and information you need to grow your business further, you in turn get to work with clients who will feel good because they chose YOU! It’s a win- win for EVERYONE!

The Good Stuff
This is where we get to show you all the good stuff! Woohoo!
And where you get to take a peek at what we’ve done for others. We are happy to show it off a bit, because this is work that has taken these clients UP, bringing more return on what they invested with us than they ever imagined.
Come on in, grab some coffee, flip through the case studies- and begin to imagine what we can do for you.

Goal
TBP Converting was looking for a way to update their overall look and bring their website into the 2020’s. A custom fabricator, distributor and manufacturer who offers custom solutions along with name brand bonding and sealing products, their current website wasn’t displaying the depth of their custom abilities or showcasing their extensive stock of products, and it was beginning to look outdated.
Challenge
We worked alongside their in-house marketing coordinator, trying out a few design styles until we found one that was completely different, clean, modern and exciting! With the use of large images and videos, we displayed exactly what TBP Converting offers, and how- the background videos show actual warehouse footage. The navigation was revised to make it easier for clients – old and new – to find what they are looking for. The extensive product catalog also received an updated look, with a new layout and custom photography.
Result
Now their site is focused on bold images of their work and how their adhesives are made and used. Clients can quickly find out if they carry what they need and easily order it online- and better yet, they can get ideas on other ways the products can be used, and even more reasons for them to turn to TBP Converting for all of their adhesive needs!

What

What We Do
The Up Agency will help you reach and then exceed and surpass your marketing goals.
But first we want to hear what about your business drives you, inspires you, and how you want it to be seen by the world.
Together, we work as a team, to provide you with the information and education you need and combine it with the knowledge you already have.
We understand your goals, and we also understand the best ways to get you to reach them.
We can provide the data and tactics to meet them – whether it’s more clients, more sales, greater recognition, or just differentiating yourself from your competition. We’ve got your back.

Strategy Development
First, we meet with you and find out about your business and what you want from your marketing plan. We listen to what you have to say, and we clarify. We research. Then together, armed with information, we’ll develop the marketing strategies that will produce the results you are looking for.
Web Design & Development
